I would assume you could use that program with a template of your choice or design, instead of the default template that comes with it, to create your own article directory... and maybe that's exactly what the website you're asking about has done too. The format of that website may be unique (ie. designed by themselves) however if you click to submit an article, they mention submissions are actually made to their ‘sister site’ (articleson.com) and THAT website uses a free article directory program called ‘article dashboard’ – link is at the bottom of that submission page, or go to articledashboard.com .

I would assume you could use that program with a template of your choice or design, instead of the default template that comes with it, to create your own article directory… and maybe that’s exactly what the website you’re asking about has done too.
