First things first why is it cool? Who does it appeal to? Who would buy it or wear it? If you can answer these questions you may have a product to manufacture and sell so you need to contact a millinery manufacturer and have a few samples made up DON’T whatever you do be swayed by them to make thousands as they don’t care if you are left with a lot of stock. Sell them to friends if you can, the more people seen wearing them will put you in a strong position when it comes to selling them to stores.
